How it works

Three steps. No meetings, no brief to write, no jargon.

1

Tell us about it

A few sentences about what you do and who for. We'll ask if anything important is missing, and show you a list of things you might want — a contact form, a gallery, online booking — to tick or leave.

2

See the price

You get a fixed price and a list of exactly what you're getting, before you spend anything. If something costs money every month, we say so and tell you who to, not just how much.

3

Get the finished thing

On the date agreed. Download it, or let us put it online for you. Either way it's yours. If it isn't right, we fix it - and if we can't, you don't pay.

What your money builds

Bigger ideas

Booking systems, portals and more

Larger projects are priced on what they involve, agreed in writing, with a delivery date. Over £5,000 can be paid in instalments.

Priced for you

Example prices are one-off build costs. Some features use another company's service with its own monthly charge (online booking, for example); your quote names it and the cost before you agree.

What it costs

The size of the build sets where the price starts; the features you choose add to it. One price, paid once - the only monthly cost is hosting, if you want us to do it.

Questions people ask

Short answers. If yours isn't here, just ask.

What can I ask for?

Almost anything you can describe: a website, a shop, a booking page, an app for your family, your team or your club. If it's something we can't build well, we say so before you pay - you're never charged for something we turn down.

What if you're late?

Every order has a delivery date agreed before you pay. If we miss it and the delay is ours, 20% of the price goes back on your balance without you having to ask.

Is there really no subscription?

No. You pay for the build once. Hosting is charged on what your site uses, usually about £1 a month, and only if you want us to do it, and you can stop any time — there's no contract and nothing renews on its own.

What if I don't like it?

Tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it. If we can't make something that works, you aren't charged for it at all — the money goes straight back to your balance.

Do I actually own it?

Yes. You get the files, and any web address is registered in your name, not ours. If you stop using us, nothing switches off and nothing disappears.

I already have a logo.

Good — send it over with your colours and we'll build around them. That costs nothing extra, and it's the better option if you've already got signage or a van.

Will anyone find it on Google?

Every site comes with plain instructions for getting listed on Google and Bing, with the links. It takes about ten minutes and it's free — ignore anyone who offers to do it for a fee.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. Everything we send you is written for someone who has never made a website and doesn't want to learn.

Tell us what you'd like built

A few sentences is enough. You'll see the price, the delivery date and exactly what you're getting before you pay a penny.
